Family Offices and Institutions

Your team does the analysis. We bring the deal flow and the ground truth.

Family offices do not lack analysts. They lack the right opportunities, arriving with enough verified information to move quickly. Horizon works five corridors in person, with a licence and seventeen years behind it. What crosses our desk is filtered, verified and paper protected before it reaches yours.

A two page quarterly briefing. No sequence behind it, no chasing.

Three ways we work with investment offices

No reports for sale and no subscriptions. Each engagement is scoped in writing and priced to the mandate.

Corridor deal flow

Each quarter we circulate a small number of verified opportunities from our corridors to an invited list. Development equity, land, energy and trade. Receiving it costs nothing. We are paid on the deal side, under agreements signed before any name moves.

Field verification

When your own pipeline touches our markets, our team becomes your eyes on the ground. Counterparty checks, registry work, site visits and escrow path verification. Your analysis, our verification, scoped per engagement.

Market entry mandates

A retained mandate for offices entering a corridor. Counterparty landscape, licensing, structures and first introductions, delivered over a fixed term with a written scope and a clear end.

Built for how investment offices actually buy

Most of what reaches a family office is a pitch. Most of it dies on arrival, because the sender wants the office to do the believing and the diligence at the same time.

We work the other way round. Everything we circulate has been verified by us first, on the ground, and every introduction sits on signed non circumvention and fee agreements. If a quarter produces nothing worth your time, we send nothing. That discipline is the product.

  • Paper before names

Non circumvention and fee agreements are signed by every party before any introduction.

  • Independence

We take no developer commission. On advisory work we are paid by the client we act for, and on introduced deals the fee terms are in writing before we start.

  • Verified in person

Registry checks, site inspections and counterparty meetings happen on the ground, not from a desk in another country.

  • Discretion

The circulation list is small and invitation based. Your name is never shared without your written agreement.

The five corridors

Physical presence and licensed operations at the centre of the flow, with the UAE as the hub.

Dubai and the UAE

Licensed and physically present. Escrow paths, developer solvency and counterparties verified at source.

Portugal and Spain

Development equity, land and income assets, with registry and licensing checked before any name is shared.

Albania and the Balkans

Early prices and real title risk. Exactly the market where a desk review is not enough.

The UK

Familiar law, tighter yields. We verify the numbers behind the numbers.

Kenya and East Africa

Institutional partnerships in education, energy and trade. Counterparty verification comes before every introduction.

Request the Corridor Briefing

Two pages each quarter. Five corridors, real numbers, one live anonymised transaction per corridor. It goes to a small list of family offices and their advisers. Requesting it commits you to nothing, and if it is not useful you will not hear from us again. Prefer a direct line? Email info@horizonholdingltd.com.

Common questions

We have our own analysts. What do you add?

Exactly what a desk cannot produce. Sourcing in markets where we are physically present, and verification done in person at the registry, on the site and across the table from the counterparty. The analysis stays yours.

How are you paid?

On circulated deal flow, by success fees on the deal side, agreed in writing before any introduction. On field verification and mandates, by a scope agreed with you in writing before work begins. Never by developer commission.

Why is the briefing free?

Because deal flow is a better introduction than a pitch. The briefing shows what we actually see in the corridors. If it is useful, conversations follow on their own.
