Business Consulting and Introductions

The right partner across the border is hard to find. The wrong one is expensive.

Companies entering a new market and investors backing one face the same problem. The knowledge they need sits with people they have never met and cannot yet trust. Horizon works in the middle. We advise, we verify, and we introduce parties only under signed agreements.

A conversation, not a sales call. No obligation.

Who we work with

Three kinds of people arrive at this page. We work with all three.

Investors

You see opportunities every week. Few arrive with verified numbers and a counterparty you can trust. We filter, verify and introduce only what survives scrutiny. Family offices and institutions have a dedicated desk on our institutional page.

Businesses entering a new market

Licensing, banking, premises and local partners look simple from home. They rarely are. We have set up and operated licensed entities ourselves, so the advice comes from doing it.

Institutions and project owners

You have a project that needs the right capital, or a mandate that needs the right partner. We make the introduction properly, with the paperwork in place first.

Advisory first. Introductions on paper, always.

Horizon Holding Ltd has spent 17 years around cross border transactions in property, education, energy and trade. The lesson from all of them is the same. Deals fail on unverified counterparties and unwritten promises.

So we work in a fixed order. Understand the mandate. Verify the parties. Sign the agreements. Then, and only then, make the introduction. It is slower than a phone call. It is also why the introductions we make get taken seriously.

  • Market entry consulting

UAE company setup, licensing, feasibility and first hires.

  • Structured introductions

Investor to opportunity. Buyer to supplier. Institution to partner. Non circumvention and fee agreements are signed before names are exchanged.

  • Due diligence

Counterparty, title, solvency and the true costs behind the headline numbers.

  • Deal support

From the first conversation through to signed agreements and completion.

  • Investor advisory retainer

Standing buyer side advisory for active individual investors. Deal screening, market watch and an advisor on call, month by month. Family offices work with us differently, through the institutional desk.

Where we work

Every market gets the same honest treatment. A reason to look, and a reason to look carefully.

Dubai and the UAE

The deal hub of the region, with zero personal income tax and genuine global capital flow.

Off plan quality varies widely by developer. Verification comes first.

Albania and the Balkans

One of the fastest growing tourism coastlines in Europe, still at early prices.

Title history needs careful checking before any money moves.

Portugal and Spain

Mature legal systems, deep rental demand and established routes for foreign buyers.

Licensing and tax treatment differ sharply by region and property type.

The UK

Liquid, transparent and governed by familiar law.

Yields are tighter and ownership costs higher than most investors expect.

Kenya and East Africa

A young, fast growing market with serious institutional partners in education, energy and trade.

Counterparty verification matters more here than anywhere. We never introduce unverified parties.

How an introduction works

1

The conversation

You tell us what you need. We tell you honestly whether we can help.

2

Agreements first

Non circumvention and fee agreements are drafted and signed by every party.

3

The introduction

We connect verified parties with a clear summary of what each side brings.

4

Support to completion

We stay involved through diligence, negotiation and signing.

Tell us what you need

Two minutes is enough. We reply personally, usually within two working days. If a call is easier, you can book a discovery call or email info@horizonholdingltd.com.

Common questions

Are you brokers?

No. We are an independent advisory. Where we make introductions, they are governed by written agreements signed by every party before the introduction happens.

Do you take commission from sellers or developers?

No. Our advisory work is paid by the client we act for. Any introduction fee is agreed in writing with all parties before we proceed, so everyone knows who pays whom and for what.

What does it cost to talk?

Nothing. The first conversation is free and carries no obligation. If there is a fit, we set out the scope and terms in writing before any work begins.

How does the investor advisory retainer work?

For active individual investors, a fixed monthly retainer from £750, scoped in writing to what you need. Most retainers cover deal screening, a monthly market view and direct access when a decision is moving. No long lock in. Review at each quarter. Family offices and institutions are served through separate mandates, described on our institutional page.
